Senetha Houck has a love for design and enthusiasm for creativity. Senetha earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Charleston, WV. Following an internship with Carleton Varney at Dorothy Draper & Company in New York City. Senetha moved to Atlanta, GA in 1994 where she worked with leading commercial and residential design firms. She is NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualifications) certified, registered and licensed by the Georgia Board of Architects and Interior Designers, and a professional member of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers).
In 2002, Senetha opened her own design company where she continued to create innovative designs both residentially and commercially. She has worked with high profile clients in Atlanta and New York creating residential environments and designing renovation projects. Some of her commerical work includes hair salons, corporate offices, medical facilities, education buildings, and corporate airline facilities.
Senetha's artistic talent is unique. She has been commissioned to create paintings, murals, and custom designs and other works of art for her clients. She has received numerous accolades for her designs. Her design of a unique terrazzo floor in an upscale Atlanta restaurant won the National Terrazzo Design Award.
Drawing from design experience and talent, Senetha has the ability to create an environment that is functional, aesthetic and meets the needs and desires of her clients. Her reputation is one of style, imagination, practical knowledge and a commitment to beautiful design.
Senetha attends North Point Community Church and resides in Marietta, GA with her husband and two children.
